Guideline 2-16: Remodeling and Renovation of Facilities

n those cases where remodeling or renovation of buildings or facilities on one of the campuses is needed, it is the responsibility of the campus President to obtain and submit plans and written justification of said remodeling or renovation to the Vice Chancellor of Administration for consideration.

Under no circumstances should any remodeling or renovation be started prior to obtaining approval.
