Guideline 6-10: Class Library Visits
Each campus has a library, which students and faculty are encouraged to use. Usually, students will go to the library individually outside of their scheduled class time. However, an instructor may choose to devote a class meeting to a library orientation session, especially in those courses which require library research. Before taking a class to the library, the instructor schedules the visit with the library staff several days in advance, to avoid having too many classes in the library competing for the same resources.
