North Campus hosting safe Halloween event

HOUSTON — San Jacinto College will host “Dia de los Muertos, a Celebration of Life, Culture and Creativity” on Wednesday, Oct. 31 from 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. at the Dr. Charles Grant Fine Arts Center, located on the North Campus at 5800 Uvalde Road.
