North Campus to host youth baseball camp

HOUSTON – San Jacinto College will host a baseball camp and clinic for 6- to 12-year-olds at the North Campus, located at 5800 Uvalde, Houston TX 77049. The camp will be held June 11-13 from 9 a.m. to noon each day. There will be instructions on hitting, throwing, pitching, defense, and base running. There will be a competitive game at the conclusion of each camp session. Participants should wear baseball pants, hats and non-metal cleats and supply their own bats and gloves. No helmets are needed. Campers should bring sunblock, snacks and beverages. Dress in cool, comfortable attire. The cost of the 3-day camp is $75.
