Procedure for Making Application to ASSET
San Jacinto College is pleased that you are considering making application to the Automotive Student Service Educational Training Program (ASSET). To help you through the application procedures, the attached information has been developed. Please read the material carefully.
Applicants must understand that ASSET training requires participants to alternate between college classes and work site. Students will attend classes full time for 8 weeks and work at a dealership 40 hours per week for 8 weeks. This sequence continues for the 78 weeks the student is in the training program.Following is a list of local contact people.
