The cost of the course includes a textbook & interactive CD-ROM provided through Metcalf Educational Services. Prentice Hall will not be publishing materials for the new exams.
PLEASE NOTE: The exams are written from the college texts listed in the Certification Review Guide. The review materials are intended as an aid to review something you already know, and are not intended to teach everything that is on the exams.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND
This course is designed to provide a review of the skills required to successfully complete the CAP Examination as provided by the International Association for Administrative Professionals (IAAP).
There are no prerequisites for the course, but there are education and experience requirements to take the exam. Education/Experience Required:
