The Chablis restaurant on the North Campus is where you get to enjoy our students’ savory schoolwork from our award-winning culinary arts program. Chablis and its top chefs are also available for private parties. To book an event, call 281-458-4050, extension 7150.
The SJC Central Culinary Arts department day class, RSTO 2405 Management of Food Production and Service, will prepare lunch today and serve from 11:45 a.m. until 1:15 p.m., under the direction of Leonard Pringle. The SJC Central Culinary Arts department evening class, RSTO 2405 Management of Food Production and Service, will prepare dinner and serve from 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., under the direction of Ernest Becerra. The Culinary Arts Café is located in Building C-16 (Ball Technical Building), room C-16.222 (B204). The meals are $5.75 and can be paid by cash or check. Sorry no credit cards. Make checks payable to SJC Central, and sign the back of your check. You can dine in or request your meals to go; however, we do not take phone orders. Our Central and South campuses now have Pizza Hut and A&W restaurants where you can enjoy your classic favorites of pizzas, pastas, breadsticks, hamburgers, hot dogs, ice cream treats and floats. Hours for both locations are from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday through Thursday and from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Friday.
Gift certificates are available at the South Café, just stop by the A&W or Pizza Hut on south campus. The certificates are sold in increments of $1, $5, $10 or $20. Gift cards are valid one year from the date of purchase.
