How can I find out if my courses are transferable to the college I will be transferring to?

The receiving institution decides whether to accept San Jacinto College courses in transfer and to apply those courses to individual degree plans. Students planning to transfer San Jacinto College course work to another college or university should always consult the college, university catalog, and proper officials of that institution where you wish to transfer credits to determine the best courses to take for transfer.

If you are a first time San Jac student, for detailed advisement, please come on campus to visit with one of our Admissions Advisors at the Admissions Office. Admissions operation hours and locations can be found here: http://www.sanjac.edu/apply-register/overview/admissions (Scroll to the bottom of the screen).
No appointment is necessary.

If you have earned college credits previously at San Jac, for detailed advisement please come on campus to visit with one of our Educational Planning Counselors in the Educational Planning, Counseling, and Completion Department.
