There are a few reasons this may happen:
1. You must sign up for online orientation before the online orientation link is activated. If you have not done this, it may be why you are getting the error.
2. You may have signed up for a campus orientation session. To take online orientation, you will need to sign in to SOS and change your session to the online option.
