I have already completed my new student orientation but there is still a hold on my account. How can I get it removed?

Once you have completed orientation (either on campus or online), and you sign in to SOS to register, you will be asked to complete a survey on your knowledge of what was discussed in orientation. You must answer these 12 brief questions before you will be able to move on to registration. The hold will be released at the end of campus orientation, after you complete the orientation survey. Once the survey is complete, you will be able to visit with an advisor and register for classes. For online orientation, the survey is available approximately 30 minutes after you complete the online orientation.
