I have already completed my new student orientation but there is still a hold on my account. How can I get it removed?

The hold will be released at the end of campus orientation, after you complete the orientation survey. Once the survey is complete, you will be able to participate in guided registration. For online orientation, the survey is available approximately 30 minutes after you complete the on line orientation.
If you have already completed the survey and the New Student Orientation hold is still on your account, please contact your campus FYE office.
