My BankMobile Vibe card has been lost or stolen, what do I do?

If you have lost your card; however, you believe that you may know where it is, you can turn your card off using the Card ON/OFF switch! The Card ON/OFF switch is located in our BankMobile Vibe App.

ONLINE: Log in to your profile. Select 'Card Status' from the 'User Profile' tab. If you wish to re-order a card, leave the 'Re-Order Card' button checked. Please verify that your address is correct. A fee may be applicable if you choose to re-order a card. Fees may vary by school program. Please log in to see the Fee Schedule associated with your specific account. Your replacement card will be delivered in 5-7 business days. Click the 'Report Lost' button for the card you wish to report (this page only shows the last 4 digits of your card number).

TELEPHONE: Call 877-327-9515 between 8am and 11pm EST. Tell the person who answers the call that you have a BankMobile card through your college/university and it has been lost or stolen.
