What documents are needed to submit my Financial Aid appeal?

Please visit or speak with a financial aid representative to obtain the appeal form. These forms provide detailed instructions on what needs to be included in your appeal, and the process that must be followed when submitting an appeal. The appeal paperwork must be picked-up and submitted through the campus Financial Aid Office. Appeals need to include a typed response from the student answering specific questions, any necessary supporting documentation, a degree plan from the educational planning and counseling center, and a letter of acceptance, if pursuing a degree in a medical program.
