Who do I contact if I lose my BankMobile Vibe card?

There are two ways to report your card lost/stolen after hours:

ONLINE:
Log in to your profile.
Under the 'User Profile' tab, click on 'Card Status.'
If you wish to re-order a card, leave the 'Re-Order Card' button checked.
Please verify that your address is correct.
A fee may be applicable if you choose to re-order a card. Fees may vary by school program. Please log in to see the Fee Schedule associted with your specific account.
Your replacement card will be delivered in 5-7 business days.
Click the 'Report Lost' button for the card you wish to report (this page only shows the last 4 digits of your card number).

Dial 1-800-554-8969.
Tell the person who answers the call that you have a BankMobile card through your college/university and it has been lost or stolen.

If you require your full card number, please contact Customer Care. We are able to provide you with the card number as long as the lost or stolen card has been canceled.

You can report your card lost/stolen without ordering a replacement card. Simply:

Log in to your profile.
Select 'Card Status' from the 'User Profile' tab.
Uncheck the box next to 'Re-Order Card.'
Click 'Report Lost.'
