Admissions Requirements for Concurrent Enrollment Students

Please mail all of the following documents to the Office of Enrollment Services at the San Jacinto Community College District campus that you plan on attending. If you are not sure which campus to attend, please refer to the Campus Locations.

The following documents are for those who are applying as an Concurrent Student (a checklist as a downloadable PDF file -- must have Acrobat Reader to download).

I. APPLICATION FOR ADMISSION
The application must be completed online. The application is on the homepage, at http://www.sanjac.edu/.

Before starting the online application, please review the Online Application Checklist (downloadable PDF file -- must have Acrobat Reader to download).

II. TRANSCRIPTS
Students applying to San Jacinto Community College District must need to submit all the Official Transcripts from all colleges/universities attended, U.S. and Foreign, including current U.S. institution.

III. CONCURRENT ENROLLMENT LETTER
The student needs to submit a Concurrent Enrollment Letter from their Current International Advisor. This letter must state that the student is eligible to concurrently attend both their current university/college and the San Jacinto Community College District.

IV. PASSPORT & VISA INFORMATION
The student needs to submit a copy of all the following documents:

V. SUPPLEMENTAL INFORMATION FORM
The Supplemental Information Form (downloadable PDF file -- must have Acrobat Reader to download) must be completed and submitted. This document is to provide us with emergency contact information, along with your permanent home country information.
