Policy IV-J Policy on Employee Grievance

It is the policy of San Jacinto College District to encourage fair, efficient, and equitable solutions for problems arising out of the employment relationship and to meet requirements of state and federal law. In order to facilitate this process, the college has adopted a grievance procedure to resolve employment disputes.
