San Jacinto College students earning an Associate of Applied Science (A.A.S.), an Associate of Arts (A.A.), or an Associate of Science (A.S.) may transfer to Midwestern State University (MSU) to pursue a Bachelor of Applied Arts and Sciences degree.
The B.A.A.S. at Midwestern State University offers students with vocational-technical training and/or professional experience in occupational fields an opportunity to earn a baccalaureate degree. Students that pursue the degree may transfer up to 69 hours of credit earned at San Jac toward an associate degree. In most cases, the majority of those credits will fulfill requirements in the occupational speciality, professional development, and core areas; the remainder will be applied as electives.
