San Jacinto College Central to host Career Expo 2009
PASADENA, Texas – San Jacinto College Central will host a Career Expo for students and community members looking for employment opportunities.
The fair, hosted by the Career and Employment Center, will take place in the Interactive Learning Center on Wednesday, February 18, 2009, from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. The Central campus is located at 8060 Spencer Highway in Pasadena. The expo is free and open to everyone.
Gold sponsors for the event are Automation Personnel Services, ExxonMobil, Monument Chevrolet and Solar Turbines. Silver sponsors include Christus St. John Hospital, City of Houston Health and Human Services, Diversified Sourcing Solutions, EMCO Technologies, Pearland Swim Academy, Quantum Technical Services, ResourceMFG, State Farm Insurance and the University of Texas at Houston Police Department.
Several other employers will also be on site. If you plan to attend, you are encouraged to dress professionally, bring several copies of your résumé and be ready to speak with employer representatives.
