BMV suspect information

Suspect Information

Detective Marshall and I are working several BMV cases in which suspect Omar Herrera (DOB 8/18/1988, CHL) is being connected to and he has used a blue 2006 Dodge Charger (TX/MDK039) as well as an unidentified tan Tahoe.  Herrera has targeted locations from as far away as Baybrook Mall and restaurants in Houston as well as Bayshore Hospital and WalMart locally.  This BOLO is to notify officers of the suspect and an identified suspect vehicle.  The suspect vehicle does have tinted windows, aftermarket rims and a rear spoiler and is shown below.

If you locate this suspect and/or suspect vehicle and if PC for an arrest exists, file the appropriate charge and place a HOLD on him for me or Marshall.  There are NO WANTS or WARRANTS in these cases as of yet.
