SJCC Culinary Arts Café
The SJC Central Culinary Arts department day class, RSTO 2405 Management of Food Production and Service, will prepare lunch and serve Thursdays from 11:45 a.m. until 1:15 p.m., under the direction of Ernest Becerra.
The SJC Central Culinary Arts department evening class, RSTO 2405 Management of Food Production and Service, will prepare dinner and serve Wednesdays from 4:30 p.m. until 6:00 p.m., under the direction of Joshua Brunson.
The Culinary Arts Café is located in Building C-16 (Ball Technical Building), Room C-16.222 (B204), on Central Campus. The meals are $5.75 and can be paid by cash or check. Sorry no credit cards. Make checks payable to SJC Central, and sign the back of your check. You can dine in or request your meals to go; however, we do not take phone orders.
Seating and quantities are limited and subject to first come-first serve.
