DuBois named Region XIV pitcher of the week

HOUSTON – San Jacinto College (SJC) freshman Brooke DuBois has been named the National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region XIV softball pitcher of the week for April 16-22, 2012.
A 5-9 right-hander from Pearland (Pearland HS), DuBois went 1-0 with nine strikeouts and a 0.19 ERA. She hit .412 on the week with seven hits, including three doubles.
All SJC softball home games are played at the South campus, located at 13735 Beamer Road in Houston, and can be heard live online at www.LegacySportsNetwork.com, the official broadcast partner of San Jacinto College athletics.
