Transfer fair set for Oct. 3

College to host transfer fair on Oct. 3

HOUSTON – Admission advisors from 15 colleges and universities will be on hand to provide information about transfer requirements, financial aid, and other helpful information at a transfer fair, set for Wednesday, Oct. 3 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. The fair will be held at San Jacinto College North in the Monument Room of the Slovacek Student Center, 5800 Uvalde Road.

 In addition to transfer requirements, students will be able to obtain information about scholarships, admission steps, academic and technical programs, and student life activities.

Colleges and universities attending the transfer fair include College of the Mainland, Houston Baptist University, Lamar University, Louisiana State University, Sam Houston University, Stephen F. Austin University, Texas A&M University, Texas Southern University, University of Alabama, University of Houston, University of Texas, Texas Chiropractic College, Texas Tech University, Texas Woman’s University, and University of North Texas.
