Men’s basketball announces 2012-2013 schedule

PASADENA, Texas – San Jacinto College Men’s Basketball Head Coach Jacob Wonders has announced the 2012-2013 schedule, one that features 16 home games, including another competitive Region XIV slate.

San Jacinto College begins the 2012-2013 season with three straight home games Nov. 1 against Lone Star College – Cy-Fair, Nov. 3 against Lone Star College – Tomball, and Nov. 6 against Texas Southern University Club. All San Jacinto College home games are played in Anders Gymnasium on the Central Campus, located at 8060 Spencer Highway in Pasadena.

The 2012-2013 Region XIV conference season opens Tuesday, Nov. 20 at home against Trinity Valley Community College. Conference home games include Paris Junior College (Dec. 1), Navarro College (Dec. 8), Angelina College (Jan. 16), Coastal Bend Community College (Jan. 26), Lee College (Feb. 2), Lamar State – Port Arthur (Feb. 9), Blinn College (Feb. 23), and Jacksonville College (March 2). The 2013 Region XIV conference tournament will take place March 6-10, 2013, in Tyler, hosted by the University of Texas at Tyler.
