Soccer to host Paris Junior College in Region XIV Tournament

HOUSTON – The No. 14 San Jacinto College men’s soccer team will host Paris Junior College in a National Junior College Athletic Association (NJCAA) Region XIV Tournament match Saturday, Oct. 27, 2012 at 1 p.m.
San Jac finished the regular season with a 12-4 overall record, 4-2 in conference play, behind the solid play of Pablo Vasquez (Madrid, Spain / El Burgo de las Rozas). The freshman midfielder leads the team with eight goals and nine assists. Sophomore Jaime Rodriguez (Cartago, Costa Rica / Col. Jorge Jimenez) and freshman Sito Seoane (Coruna, Spain / Nuestra Senora del Carmen) also have eight goals each on the season.
Admission to Saturday’s game is free. All San Jacinto College men’s soccer home games are played on the soccer fields at the South Campus, located at 13735 Beamer Road in Houston.
