Payment Deadlines

Once you’re registered for classes you only need to pay your tuition and fees, so you can hit the ground running on the first day of the semester. Payments are due by certain dates to hold your place in your classes. You can also take advantage of our installment plan and stretch the total cost over multiple payments.

Fall 2013 Registration & Payment Deadline

Maximum Hours for Parts of Terms and Combinations of Parts of Terms

Spring 2013

Students are limited to the number of credit hours they may take during the fall term based on the total number of calendar weeks.  The maximum number of calendar weeks is 16.  The way to calculate the number of hours is to determine the calendar weeks of your courses and refer to the chart below.  Do not duplicate the weeks.  For example:  If you are in a 4-week and a 16-week part of term, your calendar weeks are 16 because the 4-week is contained within the 16-week maximum.  The part of term identifier prints on the Schedule/Bill.

The Enrollment Services Office at your campus will run reports to identify students who are registered over the maximum hours and will notify them by email to adjust their schedules.  If the schedules are not adjusted by the student, the Office will drop the last courses for which the student registered until the appropriate number of hours is reached.
