HOUSTON – The San Jacinto College South campus, in partnership with Dr. Cynthia Lew of Baybrook Family Physicians, will offer flu shots from 3:30 p.m. – 5 p.m., on Thursday, October 30, 2008. The shots will be administered in the W.L. Smallwood Health and Physical Education Building on the South campus located at 13735 Beamer Road in Houston.

The cost is $20, cash only, and the shots are available for anyone over the age of six months. Anyone under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian with them to sign a release form.
