Journalism
Get published! That’s the goal of our journalism program and we make it happen thanks to our award-winning San Jacinto Times student newspaper. Students receive hands-on experience with writing, editing and production, the basics for a reporter, correspondent or news analyst career. Our photojournalism classes designed to teach news photographers about the key role they play in our society. And most of all we teach teamwork, because that’s what journalism is all about -- reporters, editors, graphic artists, and photographers, working together to complete a story.
