Math Lab - South Campus

Come visit us in our new location: second floor of the library!

The Math Lab provides free tutoring in all math courses offered at San Jacinto College, from Pre-Algebra to Differential Equations. Tutors will share knowledge and learning strategies with students. Since a tutor's job is to supplement instruction, students can expect tutors to explain concepts behind problems, ask questions, and make suggestions.

Math Lab employees can also assist in setting up MyMathLab student accounts. Since the Library offers computers, laptops for checkout, and free wi-fi , students can also receive assistance with MyMathLab homework.

To borrow textbooks, course-specific videos, or calculators, please visit the reference desk on the first floor of the library.

All tutors at the Math Lab are certified through the College Reading and Learning Association (CRLA).

Monday-Thursday  9 am- 9 pm

Friday 10am - 3pm

Saturday 10am - 1pm
