Additional Services

IT / Technical Support: Computers, Special Sound Devices, Microphones, Podium, Screen Projector, and Power Point Access. Fees associated are subject to event need.

Custodial Support: Custodial support is a mandatory service for all events. Fees associated are subject to event size.

Police Support: Campus security is always patrolling the facilities but if you require additional support, it can be provided. Fees associated are subject to event size.

Maintenance Support: Temperature control in all indoor space rentals as well as parking for your event.

 

Liability insurance must be provided by all entities contracting with San Jacinto College.
