Prospective Faculty Members

San Jac Faculty members should be committed to the mission and values of the College, passionate about continuous learning and self-improvement, devoted to excellence in teaching and student achievement, and outstanding communicators. Faculty members must also be willing to teach a diverse student population using a variety of modern methodologies and technologies, including computers, multimedia, interactive TV, internet and video. All faculty positions require transcripts to be attached to the application.

Candidate Reimbursement

As part of the recruiting process, it may be necessary for a candidate to travel during the interview phase. In this case, travel must be pre-approved by the hiring manager of the department with whom the candidate is interviewing and reimbursement facilitation processed by the department.
