Dr. Sarah Janes is the Associate Vice Chancellor of Continuing and Professional Development at San Jacinto College. In this position, she provides oversight of the Division of Workforce Development and the Division of Community Engagement. Dr. Janes serves as the facilitator for the Houston Area Apprenticeship Advisory Committee, a committee established to increase knowledge of and participation in apprenticeships.

Jim Griffin is the San Jacinto College associate vice chancellor/senior vice president for the petrochemical training division. He has more than 30 years of experience in the petrochemical manufacturing industry. At San Jac, he oversees curriculum and instruction for the College’s petrochemical programs to ensure that all training at the College meets the expectations of hiring managers throughout the region’s chemical plants.
