Thanks for being a part of
San Jac Cares!

San Jac Cares was designed to provide support and a sense of connectedness to our students during this time of crisis. Thank you for being dedicated to contacting a select number of enrolled students to ask how they are doing through this transition. The goal is to help our students feel cared for and connected, to be a friend, and to connect them with resources they may need to complete this semester.

The role of the San Jac Cares friend is to call and say, “Hey, how are you doing?”  Sometimes a friendly and encouraging contact can mean the difference between a student continuing or giving up.

The plan is to launch this program in early April and to continue calling until our students return to our classrooms. Below are the tools to help you be confident in calling our students, and we have a team available to support them as questions arise.

Thank you again for being a part of San Jac Cares, and for all your hard work in making this semester a success. We will get through this together, and we will bring our students with us.
