Payment Deadlines

Once you’re registered for classes, you must pay your tuition and charges by certain due dates to hold your spot.

Can’t pay all at once? Take advantage of our installment payment plan (IPP) to stretch the cost over multiple payments.

Spring

Students are limited to the number of credit hours they may take during the fall term based on the total number of calendar weeks. The maximum number of calendar weeks is 16. The way to calculate the number of hours is to determine the calendar weeks of your courses and refer to the chart below. Do not duplicate the weeks. For example: If you are in a 4 and a 16-week part of term, your calendar weeks are 16 because the 4 week is contained within the 16 week maximum. The part of term identifier prints on the Schedule/Bill.

The Student Records Management Office will run reports to identify students who are registered over the maximum hours and will drop the last courses for which the student registered until the appropriate number of hours is reached. Students will be notified by email of dropped courses.

The total maximum credit hours is 18 hours for the Full term and/or the combination of parts of term.

Students are limited to the number of credit hours they may take during the Summer term based on the total number of calendar weeks. The maximum number of calendar weeks is 13. The way to calculate the number of hours is to determine the calendar weeks of your courses and refer to the chart below. Do not duplicate the weeks.
