SOS will be down Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 2PM CST to Monday, September 26, 2022, 6AM CST for upgrades.
Students will not be able to make schedule changes, request transcripts, or access degree plans during that time.

What? Banner Maintenance
When? Thursday, September 22, 2022 from 2PM CST to Monday, September 26, 2022, 6AM CST.
Who? All students, faculty & staff using Banner, Banner SOS, the Non-Credit Registration system and any other Banner services.
Why? This work is part of a planned maintenance schedule to migrate the College’s Banner system to Ellucian Cloud. This includes extensive work to ensure all related, third party integrations are re-configured to Banner in the Cloud.
On Thursday, September 22, 2022, we will conduct a scheduled outage on IT systems and services that will impact all College users. The outage is expected to last from Thursday, September, 22, 2022, 2PM CST to Monday, September 26, 6AM CST. The ITS Team will advise when services are restored.
In addition, on Monday, September 26, 2022, the username for both employees and students to login to college systems such as SOS and Blackboard will change to match the college issued email address.
The new URLS for Banner and SOS will be updated on the SOS login page and on the Helpful Links section of the Internal page, respectively. If you use favorites and bookmarks, these will need to be updated.

Services impacted: The outage will affect Production Banner and all related integrated systems. Access to SOS from the College’s website will not be available.
What is not impacted? No other services are impacted by this scheduled outage.
Workarounds during outage: The Banner TRAIN environment will be refreshed overnight and available to view information from 12PM CST on Thursday, September 22, 2022 until 5:00PM CST on Friday, September 23, 2022. Please note that any transactions entered into Banner TRAIN will NOT be reflected in the Banner production environment. Services impacted by the outage will be restored by Monday, September, 26, 2022, 6AM CST.
