Our certificate and associate’s degree programs will prepare you to make your way down any of these avenues, giving you a wide base of training in roles ranging from manager to dietary technician. The average full-time salary for a certified dietary manager is $45,423 per year.* Our programs will teach you about food preparation, nutrition, operations and much more. You can also obtain a specialized degree in School Food Service or Food Protection Management.
