The Basic Rider Course is designed to prepare riders for entry into the complex world of traffic. It consists of classroom and on-motorcycle instruction, and includes a variety of learning activities. This is a 3 day course consisting of Friday 6-9pm and Saturday and Sunday 7:30am-3:30pm. Upon successful course completion, certificate is issued for the submission to the Texas Department of Public Safety. Motorcycles are furnished (250cc). Students must wear over-the-ankle leather shoes/boots with heels, gloves, long sleeve shirt, and long pants. Helmet provided or bring your own. Full attendance for all class days required.
