Purpose
Current full-time employees that refer a candidate for full-time employment, and the candidate is hired, may be eligible for a referral payment.

Affirmation of the change followed the review process at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board on March 7, 2022, with approval on April 4, 2022. |
