Current full-time employees that refer a candidate for full-time employment, and the candidate is hired, may be eligible for a referral payment.


Refer to the procedure for employee eligibility.

The Authority, Applicability, Sanctions, Exclusions, and Interpretation do not differ from Policy II.2000.A, Policy and Procedures Development, Review, Revision, and Rescission.

Date of Board Approval

This policy is effective as of March 7, 2022, under the Chancellor’s authority granted by the Board under Policy II.2000.A, Policy and Procedure Development, Review, Revision, and Rescission. Affirmation of the change followed the review process at the next regularly scheduled meeting of the Board on March 7, 2022, with approval on April 4, 2022.
