We're excited to have you join us. All new applicants are required to attend an information session. Our friendly faculty and staff will walk you through the application process. This is a great time to ask questions and take the first step toward your future in medical lab assisting. Sessions are held on Zoom. Registration is not required.
Previous work history can contribute additional points to the scoring rubric. Use
this form to submit any experience you think might be relevant.
Please be sure to upload the completed and signed verification (VOE) form as part
of your application.
Applications are accepted April 1 - June 1 for fall entrance and September 1 - December
1 for spring entrance.

Applicants will need to set up and complete a Verified Credentials account. This will include submitting the following information:
Ensure you’re up to date on all required immunizations, including tuberculosis, varicella, hepatitis B and C, the flu, and COVID-19. Use Verified Credentials to submit your documentation.
All students—especially those looking to transfer credits—must submit official transcripts from all previously attended institutions, including high school and San Jac.

As a student at San Jacinto College, scrubs are required as part of your uniform.
