Contact Center

The Contact Center is the information center for all campuses and centers at SanJac. It serves as a point of contact for students, parents, faculty, staff, and the community. The Contact Center provides timely, accurate and educational information by telephone and email. The Contact Center responds to a variety of inquiries such as:

  • Getting started at SanJac
  • Registration, admissions, and Apply Texas application
  • Website and SOS navigation
  • Financial Aid & Financial Aid Outbound Calling
  • Programs and courses offered
  • Continuing education courses for adults
  • College events
  • Payment verifications, refunds, and Higher One
  • Student email and password reset for students

The Contact Center is open Monday – Thursday from 7 am – 7 pm and on Fridays from 8 am – 5 pm. They can be reached at x6150 or 281-998-6150.

Help Desk / Tech Support

ITS’ Help Desk provides a first point of contact for all employees and students in need of support regarding college technology. The Help Desk answers many questions at first contact and routes any calls requiring further assistance to the appropriate area within the college. They respond to a variety of inquiries such as:

  • Employee SJC Network & Banner password reset
  • Network connectivity
  • Classroom technology
  • Student email and password resets for students
  • Office 365 email (employees and students)
  • Banner and other Enterprise applications
  • Local and network printers
  • Support for SJC issued computers

The ITS Help Desk hours of operation are as follows:
Monday – Thursday from 7 am – 10 pm and on Fridays from 7 am – 7 pm.
