Be part of the San Jac employee cookbook 2022

It's Thanksgiving time, and we want to know what delicious dishes and desserts San Jac employees will be preparing this year. Do you make the perfect stuffing? Got a signature, mouthwatering dish that's a family favorite? Won first place at a county fair for your scrumptious pecan pie? 

You’re invited to share your original recipes, photos, and cooking tips, and be part of an upcoming employee cookbook.

Submission guidelines:
  • Recipes must be original, as in, your own creation.
  • Include name of the dish along with your name and department.
  • List every ingredient on its own line using standardized measurements, i.e. teaspoon, tablespoon, cup, etc.
  • Keep them short, concise, and easy to follow.
  • If you’ve altered a popular recipe and made it your own, please give credit to the original.
  • If you have a photo of the finished product, you’re welcome to share it. We love photos!
  • Does your recipe have a backstory? Share it with us in 2-3 sentences.
