YuJa Faculty Training

YuJa Media is a recording tool that allows instructors and students to record and post videos to their Blackboard site. Using the YuJa Software Capture tool, instructors can easily embed video announcements and lectures for their courses, and students can record video responses to discussion boards and assignments. 

Initial Steps for SJC Faculty for Media Platform Transition

  1. Review the SJC Transition to YuJa Timeline.
  2. Watch a recording of a YuJa Training. Links for these recordings are available in the YuJa Training Recordings section below. 
  3. Claim your YuJa account. Adding the YuJa tool to a Blackboard course site will provision your YuJa account and assign your role. 
  4. Explore YuJa support resources.

For installation of the YuJa Capture Software onto a SJC issued computer, employees should submit an email to TechSupport@sjcd.edu with their request and assigned computer name.
