David Chong

David Chong is a finance leader with more than 20 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and strategic decision support. He has held senior roles across energy, utilities, consulting, and investment banking, advising executives on capital allocation and growth. He also brings an entrepreneurial perspective from owning and successfully selling small businesses. David holds an MBA from Tulane University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin.
