EnergyVenture Camp is a fun camp that introduces middle school-age students to career opportunities in the energy industry. Thanks to our industry sponsor, students attend camp at no cost!
This is a summer camp like no other. At EnergyVenture, middle school students enjoy
fun hands-on activities that introduce them to fields within the energy industry.
They perform lab experiments, win prizes for best-in-class team efforts, take a behind-the-scenes
tour of a production facility, and hear from experts in the field. Along the way,
kids learn about career opportunities that they have right here in the Gulf Coast
region in a growing industry.
The 2025 Energy Venture camps were held during the first two weeks in June. Want to
be the first to know about next year's camp? Join our email mailing list, and an Energy Venture staff member will keep you updated with the latest news and
details.

Corporate sponsors provide funding to cover all of the costs associated with the EnergyVenture camps. At the summer camps, 12, 13, and 14-year-old students learn about STEM career opportunities in Houston’s energy industry.

During camp week, students perform lab experiments, win prizes for “best in class” team efforts, take a “behind the scenes” tour of an energy-related production facility and hear from guest speakers currently working in the energy field.
