Raven’s Wing connects San Jacinto College students with the resources they need to stay focused, supported, and successful. Our community resources coordinators help you access housing, food, utilities, transportation, childcare, and more.
What We Offer
Café Meals
Students who qualify can receive a café meal voucher to access food at their campus
café. Contact our office for assistance.
Campus Resources
We partner with on-campus student services to make sure you receive the support you
need. Coordinators will connect you to mental health counseling, financial coaching, career services, and additional campus programs.
Community Resources
Our offices help to connect you to local organizations that can provide support with
rent, utilities, food assistance, childcare, transportation, and other basic needs.
Foster Care Support
As foster liaisons we work directly with students who have experienced foster care
to connect them with resources available to them at the college.
Parenting Support
Our coordinators serve as parenting liaisons, offering resources for student parents.
Our office houses the Baby Steps Support Diaper Program.
Second Flight Thrift
The Second Flight Thrift program provides free clothing to students through on-campus
events throughout the year. Reach out to us for more information.
SNAP Benefits
Coordinators in our offices are trained as community partners to assist students complete SNAP benefit applications.
