The Career and Transfer Department partners with employers and the community to connect them with qualified candidates for internships, externships, and jobs. We help students and alumni bridge education with employment. If you're interested in finding an employee or intern, sign up on the San Jac Works job database. Once you’re registered, you can post job openings on the database!

Employer Account Instructions

Get help setting up your San Jac Works account. If you still have questions, please do not hesitate to reach out.
  1. Create an account

    • Select "sign up" and complete the "employer registration" form.
    • Once your account is activated by Career Services, your will receive an email (can take up to two business days).
    • Follow the link provided in the email you receive to create your San Jac Works password.
    • Complete your company's profile under the "employer profile."

  2. Post your positions

    • Use the "employer quicklinks" menu to access the "job posting form" or use the drop-down menus under jobs to access the form.
    • Select the appropriate "position type" and complete the form.

    We will not post/activate any positions that are commission-based or multi-level marketing or require a student to buy into a program.

  3. Access applications

    • Use the "jobs and internships" menu to select "view applicants" or use the drop-down menus under jobs to select "view applicants."
    • Review your applicants by downloading applications/resumes or reviewing them through San Jac Works.

  4. Register for student-employer meetups

    • Click on "events" then "career fairs."
    • Locate the student-employer meetup you would like to attend in the list, then select "register."
    • Complete your registration form and submit it - you will receive a confirmation email upon completion.

  5. Request on-campus recruiting opportunities

    • Click on "events" then "request on-campus recruiting table" or use the drop-down menus to find "events and select "information sessions."
    • Complete the "recruiting form."
    • You will receive an email indicating whether your request has been approved or denied. If your request is denied, someone form the Career Services Office will contact you to reschedule your date.
