We're excited to have you join us. All applicants are required to attend an information session. Our friendly faculty and staff will
walk you through the program details and guide you through the application process.
This will be a great opportunity to get your questions answered and take the first
step toward your future as a medical lab technician. Before jumping into the program, it’s important to review the application information
form. This form provides a comprehensive overview of everything you need to know about
getting started in the medical lab technology program. Before you can be accepted into the program, you’ll need to earn a grade of C or higher
in all prerequisite courses. Previous work history can contribute additional points to the scoring rubric. Use
this form to submit any experience you think might be relevant. Applications are accepted April 1 - June 1 for fall entrance and September 1 - December
1 for spring entrance.
Applicants will need to set up and complete a Verified Credentials account. This will include
submitting the following information: Ensure you’re up to date on all required immunizations, including tuberculosis, varicella,
hepatitis B and C, the flu, and COVID-19. Use Verified Credentials to submit your
documentation. All applicants—especially those looking to transfer credits—must submit official transcripts from
all previously attended institutions, including high school and San Jac.How to Apply
The Medical Lab Technology program is a selective admission program that admits students
based on the number of available clinical sites.
