Students enjoy annual Welcome Week events

The fall 2019 semester began with a variety of Welcome Week events for students at
the San Jacinto College Central, North, and South Campuses.
Beginning Aug. 26, students enjoyed Donuts with the Deans, hotdog cookouts, GloCade
arcade games, airbrush T-shirt art, and e-sports tournaments.
San Jacinto College Chancellor Dr. Brenda Hellyer also stopped by some of the events
to welcome students back for the new semester.
The activities gave students a chance to visit the campus student centers not only
to join in on the festivities but also to see what other resources the student engagement
and activities offices have to offer.
